Georgia Medicaid: GAMMIS and CVO credentialing

How Georgia Medicaid enrollment works

Georgia Medicaid runs enrollment through GAMMIS, and Georgia Families participation requires centralized CVO credentialing. Incomplete applications are returned. Marlien prepares those applications and handles the follow-up.

Managed care plans

Managed care participation requirements are confirmed against your practice, provider types, and selected plans before work begins. Payer requirements change, so Marlien confirms current instructions before filing. Marlien does not negotiate payer contracts, reimbursement rates, fee schedules, or participation terms.

Medicare and commercial payers

Medicare

Group, individual, and reassignment enrollment prepared for review and signature.

Commercial payers

Panel availability is checked before applications are prepared.

See the milestone and next action for every application

Marlien keeps preparation, submission, payer acknowledgement, approval, and activation separate, so you can see what has happened and what comes next.

Application submission commitment

How the commitment works

Start date: the later of our written confirmation that required documents are complete and the first date a payer allows filing.

Due date: 10 business days after the start date.

If we miss it: the engagement receives three additional months of credentialing maintenance at no charge. This applies once per engagement and is the sole remedy for a missed submission deadline.

What payers decide

Approval, network participation, processing time, and effective dates belong to the payer. Marlien does not guarantee them. The remedy covers Marlien's submission timing only.
