This policy explains how Marlien LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Marlien,” “we,” “us”), handles information collected through this website. It covers visitors and people who contact us through the site. It does not cover information we handle for clients while performing services. That information is governed by our client agreements and, where it involves protected health information, by a business associate agreement.
Please don’t send patient information
Our website forms are for business contact details only. Do not include patient names, health information, Social Security numbers, tax IDs, bank details or provider credentials in a website form or message. If we work together, we’ll explain how to share documents securely.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, we collect your name, work email, phone number (if you provide it or ask for a callback), practice or business name, state, number of providers, the service you’re interested in, your preferred contact method and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We don’t use advertising cookies or sell-your-data tracking.
Information stored only on your device. The readiness checklist on the enrollment page remembers which items you checked using your browser’s local storage. That information stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
How we use information

- To provide services you engage us for, and to manage our business relationship with you.
- To keep records of inquiries and communications.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We may occasionally email you about our services related to your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
How we share information
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship management system (HubSpot), website hosting and email providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- With contractors who help us deliver our services, under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Marlien, our clients or others.
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and we delete or anonymize it when it’s no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive information through website forms.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails. Email hello@marlien.co and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
